"Moon Breath" 2012 This image is a diagram of an Insight Yoga breath exercise for balancing yin and yang energies for kidney qi health. Inhale upper-body (Sun) yang energy down the central channel, below the navel, circle the breath-energy up the left side of the body, through the heart, down the right side of the body, and up through the central channel, exhaling (Moon) yin breath.
